IBCC is a consulting firm founded in 1991. with its headquarters located in the city of Rijeka (Republic of Croatia).

It is a registered consulting firm of the World Bank – DACON No. 360.

It is a member of:

-  Croatian Network of Consultants (HMK) ,

-  Affiliation of Consultants for the Economy at at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, County chamber of Rijeka, 

-  Community for the promotion of Intellectual Capital (ZUIK) within the Centre for the Development of Human Potential at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce Zagreb.

The firm works by the principle of Project Management and for each project it gathers a highly qualified team of experts.

Experts who collaborate with us are from different fields – Economics, Law, Technology, Engineering, Medicine,… - and are well known for their work in the country and abroad. On a yearly bases the firm engages up to 80 of them.

The firm also collaborates with numerous other consulting firms, Institutes and Faculties in the country and abroad.

IBCC is the only consulting firm in this region that can praise itself for having a very rich domestic and international work experience. In the past 19 years of work, it has successfully done more than 800 projects – studies, expertise studies and other consulting services for its clients in the country and abroad.

Our clients are large and small, private, state and mixed enterprises, as well as units of local self-government, to whom we offer our consulting services of economic-legal character.
